Welcome to our site! Sherri and I are glad you stopped by. It is our desire that you will browse our entire site even though not every page may pertain to you, look at all the pictures and spend some time on the fun stuff page. Check back regularly, we plan to update our site (especially the fun stuff page) at least once a month. If you have time, e-mail us with your thoughts. I think you'll find our site a bit different than those of similar companies, but we believe that's a good thing. We know that what we do is not glamorous or life saving but it is important. Manufacturing is critical to the future of our great nation. While we take our commitment to our customers, our quality, and our people seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. I'm sure you well know that in business that is sometimes hard to do. Sherri and I are both moms of school age kids, shuttling them to and from school, ball practice, dentists appointments or whatever else is going on and in between it all we are hands-on running this business full time. Commitment and hard work are necessary to contributing positively, but we've learned we can have joy in it.
How do we do it?
First and foremost, it is by the grace of God. It is our personal relationship with Him that strengthens us and carries us through giving us peace and joy for the journey.
Second, it's the people who make up our work family. Wonderful people who work so they can provide for themselves and their families. These are people who are committed to the quality of work they produce, who respect and care about each other.
Finally, but equally important, it's the companies who we have the honor to work with, whether a customer or a vendor. We respect the faith shown us and work hard to honor that.
So when you call us or visit us, I hope that you will find the Globe Machine family to be kind and gracious. Yes, business is still business, we have a job to do and we must do it well, but life is a journey and in the end we get to go Home to our Father in Heaven. When we meet Him, we each hope to hear Him say, " Well done my child, well done".
